HR stands for “Human Resources Management”, while Fabula is the Latin word for “Story”.

In terms of the human resources management part, this means thinking about what should be in place in order to have a successful business and management structure, while related to this there must be a story behind the business strategy, the organizational development, and further more, a story behind each individual’s career development. Certainly, there must be many companies that have these kind of human resources management stories. Indeed, since each company has its own story of HR management, we thought we should use that for our company name.

Meanwhile, the company logo incorporates the “F” of Fabula into the design of a door. This represents how a range of possibilities can be opened up by building a new kind of relationship between the organization and its individuals.
